HR Module Personnel Administration

The HR module (personnel administration) integrated in FaMe has been expanded to include a resubmission function for qualifications. Certain qualifications, such as emergency helper or safety officer, require a repetition or a cyclical check. Some checks or training are prescribed by law. In the FaMe HR module, the required actions can be assigned to a person and an interval. The system automatically sends a reminder by email, SMS, or dashboard when a training or proof is due. This ensures that legal obligations or company specifications are taken into account. The function can also be linked to FaMe Fleet Management. For corporate driving services, it is prescribed that those responsible check driving licenses at a specified interval. The reminder and documentation of the check can take place in FaMe.
